Refund & Cancellation Policy

At NexCartify, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your NexCartify order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

2. Returns

NexCartify accepts returns on most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. Refunds

Once NexCartify receives and inspects the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges

NexCartify only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our NexCartify support team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized jewelry, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return on NexCartify for hygiene and safety reasons.
